C-Tracker is a secure website you can add to your phone like an app. It takes little space, works on Android and iPhone, can work without internet after setup, and receives improvements without an app-store update.

How to use C-Tracker

1. Start tracking locally. Google sign-in is optional for account sync.
2. Add C-Tracker to your home screen.
3. Add the habits you want help tracking.
4. Tap Log habit when use happens.
5. Add urge, reasons and a reflection in Log habit.
6. Press Sync with KINARA when you want to sync your account.
7. Open Progress to understand your patterns.
8. Create a backup before changing phones or clearing browser data.

Sign up to sync

Your records stay local until your first explicit sync and consent. Synced records are available on your signed-in devices. The PIN protects this device separately.

Create a backup before changing phones or clearing browser data. Keep the file somewhere safe, such as your private Google Drive or iCloud Drive.

Protect data on this device

Use a 6 to 8 digit PIN to encrypt your saved entries. You will need this PIN whenever C-Tracker is reopened.

If you forget the PIN, encrypted local entries cannot be recovered unless you have a backup and know its PIN.
